For these, we have the Varial factory in Ventura, Ca. handle all ordering & construction in-house.  Varial has proprietary foam and glassing techniques that net an extremely dense, lightweight board.

They have boards in stock at all times (click here) and will happily take a custom order with your color and glass weight requests.

Varial foam is extremely dense and extremely light. It is often the choice of our team riders for extreme durability and performance in our shortboard and smaller midlength models.
